What is Withdrawable Limit?
This is the amount you can withdraw from your account. It is determined based on the NUTS POKER transfer rules. For example, if you have $1100 in your account, and the withdrawal limit is $1000, then this is the maximum amount that you can withdraw.
How long does it take to withdraw funds?
The application is reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, funds are sent instantly, but the time they arrive depends on the selected method:
- Visa: 2–5 business days.
- Electronic wallets and cryptocurrencies: Almost instantly.
Why was my withdrawal request rejected?
If you received money from another player as a transfer and did not use it in the game, you cannot withdraw these funds. All transfers must be used exclusively for gaming activity.
Features of payment systems
Visa/MasterCard
- Why are my deposits not going through? Most often the reason is your bank, which may have restrictions on transactions. We recommend contacting the bank for clarification.
- What does “Too many registered cards” mean? Our system has a limit on the maximum number of cards that can be registered. To replace the card, contact support and indicate the reason.
- Why was my MasterCard withdrawal cancelled? In some regions, MasterCard does not allow transfers for gaming transactions. In this case, the funds will be returned to your NUTS POKER balance. To withdraw your winnings, make a minimum deposit using Visa, cryptocurrency or an electronic wallet - then withdrawal to the same method will become available.

- Error "More than one Payz account"? Write to support with your 10-digit Payz account number so we can help.
Skrill
- Why can't I use my Skrill balance to deposit? In some regions, there is a rule: funds topped up through MasterCard cannot be used on gaming sites. If you receive such funds from another user, you will not be able to deposit them into NUTS POKER. We recommend funding Skrill using a Visa debit card.
Cryptocurrencies
- Why can't I withdraw my winnings in BTC? Withdrawals in cryptocurrency are only possible to the same wallet from which the deposit was made. To activate withdrawal, first make a minimum deposit via cryptocurrency, and then you will be able to withdraw funds to the same wallet.
- How to top up your account with crypto? Always make a transfer only through the NUTS POKER cashier. The exact amount and wallet address will be indicated there (and for XRP, also a tag). Be sure to copy this information and complete the transfer within 10 minutes. Do not use old details as they may change.
