Responsible Gaming

NUTS POKER commits to responsible gaming: players should gamble only with money they can afford to lose, and vulnerable groups (e.g. minors) must not gamble. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from playing. NUTS POKER may request proof of age and suspend an account until verification is complete.

Responsible Gaming tools are available in the NUTS POKER App (Profile > ≡ > Responsible Gaming).

Cool-Off

Cool-Off temporarily prevents access to selected game formats (currently AOF, KKClash, and Blackjack). Enable it via Profile > ≡ > Responsible Gaming > Cool-Off.

While Cool-Off is enabled, you cannot join selected formats for the chosen period.

You may cancel Cool-Off at any time.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion supports players who wish to stop gambling for at least six months. Request it via Profile > ≡ > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion.

You will be guided to email us; Customer Service confirms identity and activates exclusion.

Once activated, NUTS POKER restricts the account and returns the balance; marketing emails stop during the period.

Self-exclusion cannot be cancelled early. After it ends, reactivate only by contacting Customer Services.

Deposit Limit

Set a weekly deposit limit via Profile > ≡ > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limit.

Limits apply immediately to deposits and receiving transfers. Cancelling a limit takes effect after 7 days.

Time limit of Online Stay

Set a weekly online session limit via Profile > ≡ > Responsible Gaming > Session Limit.

When the weekly limit is reached, play is blocked. Increases take effect after 7 days; reductions apply immediately.
